GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all provisions relating to the services subscribed to by the Customer from SCOC AUTO SAS, operating under the trade name Euro Conformité.
The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.

2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions governing the sale of European Certificates of Conformity (COC) by the Company to the Customer.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available on the website www.euro-conformite.com. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED
SCOC AUTO SAS provides the following documents to private individuals and professionals:
- European Certificate of Conformity (COC);
- Full Certificate of Conformity;
- Partial Certificate of Conformity;
- Certificate of Non-Compliance;
- Identification Certificate;
- Any other official document required for vehicle registration.
The Certificate of Conformity or Identification Certificate applies to vehicles approved under European or French regulations.
The Certificate of Non-Compliance or Partial Certificate of Conformity applies to vehicles that have not been granted European type approval (for example, vehicles intended for the U.S. market or other non-EU countries).
Important: At the time of ordering, the type of document to be issued to the Customer cannot be determined in advance. Depending on the vehicle's characteristics, the document delivered may be a European Certificate of Conformity, a Partial Certificate of Conformity, a Certificate of Non-Compliance, an Identification Certificate, or any equivalent document.
SCOC AUTO SAS is not the issuing authority of such certificates. The Company acts solely as an administrative intermediary and requests the document from the competent approval authorities on behalf of the Customer.
Therefore, the exact nature of the document can only be confirmed once it has been received from the relevant approval authorities.
Customers are advised to send a copy of the foreign vehicle registration document by email prior to placing an order in order to verify the availability of the requested certificate.
The following documents may be required to process the request:
- Copy of the foreign vehicle registration certificate;
- Copy of the vehicle purchase invoice;
- Copy of a valid identification document;
- Any additional documents required depending on the make or model of the vehicle.
4. CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING A EUROPEAN CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
The vehicle must be a passenger vehicle and meet the following requirements:
- Have been registered after January 2, 1997;
- Weigh less than 3.5 tonnes;
- Have been originally registered in a Member State of the European Union.
All requests must be submitted through www.euro-conformite.com or by mail.
5. FINANCIAL TERMS
5.1 Pricing Information
Prices are displayed on the website. In the event of any change, the applicable price shall be the one in effect at the time payment is made. Prices remain valid for a minimum period of one month.
Prices are identical regardless of the type of document issued to the Customer.
5.2 Invoicing
Invoices are issued to the Customer upon request and sent together with the document.
Orders paid by cheque will only be processed after a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days following clearance of the payment.
Fees related to installment payments (Scalapay) remain payable even in the event of cancellation.
6. SUSPENSION
A temporary absence of the Customer shall not result in suspension of the contract or interruption of any orders.
7. SUBSCRIPTION
7.1 Signatory
The contract is concluded for the benefit of the person identified when placing the order. Any modification requires a new order.
The Customer remains responsible for payment, even if a third-party payer has been designated.
7.2 Validation
The order is deemed confirmed upon online acceptance. The order date shall prevail over the delivery date.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer waives the right of withdrawal once the service has commenced with their prior consent.
The service begins as soon as the Company requests documents or establishes contact with the Customer.
In the event of early cancellation:
- €40 if the order has not yet been processed;
- €60 if cancellation remains possible with the supplier;
- 100% of the order amount if cancellation is no longer possible.
Administrative fees may apply depending on the circumstances (€30 or €50).
Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days.
9. ASSIGNMENT
The Company may transfer its rights and obligations to another entity provided that the terms remain unchanged. The Customer may not assign their order.
10. PARTNERSHIP
In the case of a contractual partnership with a legal entity, these Terms and Conditions may be amended with one month's prior notice.
The Customer shall have four (4) months to terminate the agreement in the event of disagreement.
11. PROCESSING TIMES, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All timeframes are indicative and expressed in business days. Processing may take up to twenty (20) weeks depending on the vehicle.
The Company is dependent upon approval authorities and cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Documents are sent only once to the address provided by the Customer. Any change of address must be notified within seventy-two (72) hours.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any complaint must be submitted within fourteen (14) days.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Customers may refer the matter to the FNA Mediator or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company complies with the GDPR and guarantees the confidentiality of personal data.
Personal data are used solely for order processing and may be shared with service providers where necessary.

Data are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and are not transferred outside the European Union.
